Additionally, ACCEPT EINS prepares our annual financial statements and is responsible for the current advice on tax matters for aeos energy as well as for our holding companies and their international subsidiaries.
• Vonnemann & Geller has been advising commercial clients for many years and attaches high importance on a close and personal cooperation between consultant and client. The emphasis of the advisory services lies on corporation law (from the foundation of companies to their restructuring, also in the context of a crisis) and the arrangement of agreements under civil law.
• LENPower is in charge of the technical management of the operating wind farms and the development wind farms of Hurrikan Power Funding Holding.
