Hurrikan Power puts wind farm Thurauer Berg into operation

Hurrikan Power Funding Holding, Solingen, has put wind farm Thurauer Berg into operation at the end of March as planned. The wind farm is in the administrative district of Lüchow-Dannenberg about 70 kilometers south east of Lüneburg and has 7 Enercon E 70/E4 turbines.

The wind farm has a total installed capacity of 14 megawatts and will generate about 19.2 million kilowatt hours of power each year – enough to cover the annual energy requirement of about 3,160 families.
