ArcLight Capital, LLC acquires interests in Petrotank Holding GmbH

By means of a Purchase and Assignment Agreement dated September 30, 2008 ArcLight Capital LLC / Fund IV acquired via PT Holding GmbH, Bremerhaven interests to a considerable extent in Petrotank Holding GmbH, Bremerhaven retroactively to July 1, 2008.
Petrotank Holding GmbH unites the activities of the companies Petrotank Neutrale Tanklagergesellschaft mbH, Dan. Claussen Energiehandelsgesellschaft mbH, Graue Entsorgungs- und Bunkergesellschaft mbH und P+B Ölrecycling GmbH.
Further interests are held in the companies GreenPowerFuel GmbH/Visoleum Oelmühle GmbH, Gross-Tanklager Trevitank Neutrale Tanklagergesellschaft mbH u. Co. KG and MVD Rhäsa GmbH.
This investment will strengthen the equity of Petrotank Holding GmbH. Jens Janssen will continue to work as sole managing director and co-shareholder via Kühne-Janssen Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH for Petrotank Holding and the affiliated companies.
ArcLight Capital will support the further expansion of the Petrotank Group.
The investment has no negative effect on the neutrality of the tank storage companies Petrotank Neutrale Tanklagergesellschaft, Gross-Tanklager Trevitank Neutrale Tanklagergesellschaft mbH u. Co. KG and MVD Rhäsa GmbH. All existing third party rights and liabilities are unaffected by this transaction.
